When good Yorkshire pud goes bad, 260C oil went everywhere, it was so hot the batter was cooking on the bench!

      It was a horrifying experience made worse because we couldn’t eat the ‘pud afterwards, I recycled what batter I could and made some awful thing with it, next time: CAST IRON muahaha I have a wicked cast iron pot which usually produces this: http://oi56.tinypic.com/23ijmyr.jpg
